failed command control on G120 CU250S-2PN

I start 10 motors with same inverter (G120 CU250S-2PN).

8 motor are ok to start with "command control" from TIA, but for 2 motor TIA forbids me tu use command control (screens capture jointed).

All is ok but I can't use command control for this 2 motors!

I try to use parameters from good motor (with Stater Export / Import) => no solve

I try to restor factory parameters (and do not install new parameter) => no solve

Some body can help me?

For information: I just succeeded to use the "Starter's command control" on this tow motors! But impossible to use "TIA's command control"!!!!

I use TIA, Stardrive, Step7 and WinCC  V16 SP4

CU = 6SL3246-0BA22-1FA0 (FW 4.7SP10)

Powermodule = 6SL3225-0BE25-5AA1

do you use some Safety function? It can block command control from Startdrive/Starter.

I use "basic safety fonction" (and it is the same parameter for all motors!), and no safety parameter are used for block the command control.

The safety fonction use "p806", but p806 = 0 !

I found a solution: I use the commande control from Starter and it is OK but from Stardrive (for this 2 specific motor!!) I never can use control command from StarDrive!!!
