Hi, first point: pay attention to don't use wrong data types: Setpoint is in float. Process value is either float or integer (0-27648). Take also a look at /tf/WW/en/Posts/33957#top |

Hi,Pegaia. I've been watching your comments and I have some considerations: I looked at the items that you did have some observations and questions. I am using a type variable for the actual set point of the block. For the variable input of the PID block'm also using a variable of type real. Variable in the process I am using the range 0 to 12000 and I am using a 250 ohm resistor in parallel with the analog channel. I did the tests as a signal generator 4a20 mA and check that the values match. Unfortunately still can not solve my ploblema with the PID block |
