Failed to load the panel

Hallo,

I'm using LOGO PLC 6ED1 052-1FB00-0BA8 FW: V1.08.01, I've a problem with loading the program to the LOGO although the connection is established between the PC and the LOGO. 

One week ago, i had a LOGO with the same part no. but the FW is V1.81.02, and i downloaded the program without any problems. so where is the problem and how can solve it?

Which version of the software LSC you are using?

i tried a very simple program just an input connected to a coil, it doesn't matter i can't download any program.

I asked for the project file to understand the settings of the LOGO and everything. Not about the logic.

Hello GOG,

your software version is V8.0.0.

This version is not suitable for a LOGO! with firmware version V1.81.02. A LOGO! with firmware version V1.81.02 is a LOGO! 8.1 FS05 and a LOGO! 8.FS04 must be set in the hardware selection.

With LSC V8.0 you can only program LOGO! S with firmware V1.08.01 to V1.08.03 (FS01 - FS03).
You need V8.1 or higher.
But you can upgrade from V8.0 for free to the current version V8.2.

Please note, there are 2 versions for 32 Windows: 32bit and 64bit. 

After downloading you will receive a file called "Setup.exe".
Start this as an administrator and follow the instructions.

which means he is facing issue with the lower version. he said higher version worked well. Correct me if i am wrong.
