Failsave moduyle goes down, powerfailure?

Hello, at our plant we have a configuration around a 315F PLC. One of the module ( 6ES7 326 1BK01-0AB0 ) goes down as it seems on a to low voltagelevel. I have measure it with a scope. Please see attachment. When the supply voltage is too low (ca. 18 Vdc) the Vs voltage goed down. I guess it's duw to a to low voltagesupply, but can't find anytging in the manuel. Anyone have tips?
