Here's something I found under this link, for technical support on the product: Technical Support / Hotline You can get support for the Multi-VGA graphics card from the Technical Support (Hotline) of Automation and Drives. Information on our central Technical Support, as well as addresses with fax and e-mail data is available from the Internet Site of "Automation and Drives, Service & Support" under "Services -> Technical Support". For more information please get in touch with your SIMATIC contact at your local Siemens office. Ikkezelf mentioned something interesting: check the IRQ for the board, and see if it's a suitable one. You could also just try re-installing the device. The installation of other devices after this one may have caused it to switch IRQ, or something else... and if that's the case, re-installing may do the trick. Best regards, Danielle |
