Hello, what is the fault code? F30611 (x)? If the old CU 6SL3040-0MA00-0AA1 is used then F30611 (1951) cannot occur as the fault code 1951 is implemented in the FW4.4 and above. Thefastest way to solve your issue is to open a Service Request: http://www.siemens.com/automation/support-request |

I assume you are trying to check the values with the BOP. At first you have to check that youare on the right drive object where the fault occurs (the number of the drive object can be seen on the upper left part of the BOP, 01 is the CU, 02 is the first axis/infeed etc.) Change the Drive Object number to thecorrect drive by pressing together FNand the arrow up buttons. If you are at the right Drive Object then checkat which index in r947 the F30611 can be seen. For that go to parameter r947 and check all indexes (you see In0000 for Index 0 etc.). The fault value for F30611 will be then seen exactly at the same index in r949. E. g. F30611 can be seen in r947[2] then r949[2] will show the fault value for F30611. Operation description for the BOP can be found here: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/99687313 However it would be much easier to go Online with Starter/Scout and check the fault window. |
