fault 7900(motor locked)-sinamics s120

Hello

I have one 132 kw motor on the production line and it’s drive is SINAMICS S120 and  STARTER SOFTWARE.it  is working on regeneration mode.it means the other motor that it’s power is more and working on motoring mode pull it.in this state the first motor(132 kw) is going up to regeneration mode and take a current.in this state, the 132kw motor give the fault no:7900 (motor locked=it means motor reach to torque limit and can not reach to it’s speed setpoint at a specified time).

this fault generally occur when the operator push Emergency Stop on the line.and also when the operator want to start the line again.in this 2 moment fault is appeared very fast.

It should be mentioned that the 132 kw motor is always in torque limit,because working in regeneration mode.my question is this: how should I tune the motor for preventing the fault No 7900 and also keep the motor save from damaging because of taking current?

What is this application? Winder-unwinder or tension reel?

How much is the capacity of another motor? (which run in motor mode)

How the speed/torque set point fed to this 132 Kw motor?

How is it configured? V/F, sensor less vector or in vector mode?

- the 132 kw motor is unwinder and the other motor is winder for steel sheet and the tension also is there.

- the rating of another motor is 380kw

- the motor control mode is speed control with encoder and vector mode.
