fault(F01665, F07800,F01660) on sinmics s120 drive

TUKARAM Advanced Member Joined: 10/9/2009 Last visit: 5/31/2021 Posts: 18 Rating: (1)	HI, I am commissioning a slitting line, in which we are using a BLM and inverters.For one motor module I am facing the problem--- when I power on the drive it gives the fault(F01665, F07800,F01660) and rdy LED becomes red. This fault not acknowledge and due to which drive doesn't becomes ready. For removing the fault I set the parameter P105=0 (deactivate drive object) and then power off the drive. When power on the drive, I set P105=1 again, then it becomes healthy and I can run the motor. Also I had done copy RAM to ROM. But for next power on, same fault occurs on drive. please reply......

Which mlfb have the module and which FW? Ist the FW on the motormodule compatible with the FW of the ControlUnit? Regards Christoph

Have you check you safety Configuration, or deactivate the safety config and check if there are always problems with this module. Regards Christoph

After download open the topology view an check if the offline Topo ist the same like the Online Topology. Check that the same MLFB are projected like the connected components! Regards Christoph
