Fault F30003 : DC link voltage, undervoltage S120 CU 320

Hi Expert ,

we have a sinamics S120  CU 320 + TB30, all are okey up to now but today we had a fault F30003 mean that there is something wrong in phases/Dc link voltage/fusibles

we just control  the 3 Fusibles  OK   ~420 v

we checked the line supply voltage  Ok  ~420v

we checked the line supply phases Ok ~420 v

To be sure about Program i made an upload form other sinamics that  has the same caracteristic and the control the same motor... and i download it to the the faulty sinamics...

in expert list : the parametre P210 = 400v   P278= 0V    r296 =330v   r297=820   ;r70=607v

we made the test the sinamics go to run but  the output voltage stoped in 57 v  normaly it need to had ~400 V.-->so the fault f30003 is generated.

we change all Fusibles But the same behavior ~10s of sinamics in run it go to stop.

Power unit :Single Motor module;;6SL3310-1TE35-0ABx;;

                     rated current 490 ams;rated power 250 kw

Induction motor : 740rpm  current 435 arms  power 215 kw  voltage 400

Control unit : sinamics G 6SL3040-1MA00-0Axx 

Option module : TB30  6SL3055-0AA00-2Txx

All seems Ok, But I need Your help if i forget something to control it or all ok and there is something wrong in hardware sinamics...

The fault was generated in first time ~10 min after  motor was goes to stop normaly .

in the first case we had this fault  F36885 Hub DRIVE-Cliq....so we need to made a Power On --> no fault --> first test -->F30003  DC link Voltage ...

--> F36885 was gone  just in every test we had the same fault F30003.

i noticed that the VDC  in the AOP   ~608 v    this value decrease when wemake a start of the motor and its stoped in 330v  thats the r296=330  ; i just make a test for another sinamics  when we start the drive the VDC still stable and its always >600v .

so i need to know whats thats mean and whats is the causes of décreasing this value ?

What is the application? How this motor is controlled i.e. on profibus or by DI? Compare the values displayed in r0070, r0070 & r0296.

Which is the control mode type? Speed or Vector?

Does any braking unit installed/connected to drive? Have you checked its function/working?

so i need to know  how the VDC value can be décreased , in the ather drives the value stay in the same  ~600 v .

what is the définition of the VDC and wich reason let him decrease this value ?

Basically the drive & CU you mentioned are not G150 & CU 230. Drive is S120 & CU unit is 320. Plesae refer link 1 & link 2. Based on MLFB number you provide. Please just provide the MLFB numbers if you are not sure about the type of drive. Providing wrong information misleads the forum members who want to help you. 

Please let us know if this is single Motor module or multiple motor modules are connected in parallel?

From your description, assuming parallel operation of motor module, let us know if  the problem is displayed on this motor module? 

Please provide the MLFB number of infeed module.

If the drive is operated on profibus, why TB30 option is used. Please check the control logic.

Its a single motor ,

in stop mode the value r70 , U_dc =607v  but when we switch on this value are decreasing and attempt ~330v so the fault is generated F30003 ;

I make a test in other motor that have a similar drive and the same programm  value R70 U_VDC ~607v when we switch on the value are not decreasing and stay like that... the motor is stabilized so the value is betwen ~540 and ~560v.

Have you read my earlier post carefully. Is power module chasis format or built in format type? Last digit of drive is it 0 or 3?

Have you checked the line contactor status when ON command is applied? Does it pick up or drops?

Have you checked the application of TB30 & interlock circuit?
