Hello sheikho; The following manual has a complete chapter on Diagnostics of the CPU: - diagnostic LEDs (SF, BF...) and their interpretation; - how to open the Diagnostic Buffer of the CPU and read out the causes of faults; - how to use the Diagnostic OBs (OB 81-OB-86, OB122...) to gather more specific information on various types of faults; the presence of the diagnostic OBs in the CPU will also allow the CPU to continue working (with diagnostic LEDs active) in presence of specific faults.
