Hi

I am working with TP1500 Comfort HMI. I am trying to load to the HMI using Tia portal V14 but i keep getting a fault "the confIgured device does not match the target device"'

I can ping the HMI and when i use primary set up tool I can find it as well.When i am loading it o Tia portal i am able to flash it.

please help.Thank you :)

This is the information i am seeing when downloading.I am using a 3 to Gigabyte ethernet adapter , i am not sure if it has any relation but i do change the PG/PC interface before loading.

The version 14.0.1.0 and I would like to add that the article number for the HMI on the software and Real HMI have a  different last digit , 0 and 1.

 Try to change the version of the panel.
From TIA>Topology View>Right click on the panel> "Modify Device/Version" (or something similar - i've TIA in italian - should be the second entry in the menu that appears with the right click).

After that, compile hardware config, download it, and then try to download again the HMI

 Have you installed the latest HSP's to TIA Portal?. This -0XA1 panel needs TIA v14 SP1 minimum.
