Hi Experts,

In a project we have an OS connected to 400H station. I have created 4 way Fault tolerant S7 connection between OS and AS where a single CP1623 in the OS can communicate with both the CPU. SO I am ok with the configuration part, But i am not sure about the license required for redundant connection in the OS.

My knowledge is that,

we need to buy 2 x S7-hardnet redconnect license for system redundancy so that each CP can talk redundantly with the AS,

and 1 x Power Pack S7-hardnet reconnect license for Bus redundancy so that if one CP1623 fails or connection is broken, second CP1623 will take over.

OR

1 x Power Pack S7-hardnet reconnect license would be enough for both system and bus redundancy.

Need clarification. Please refer the attached architecture.
