desmul24 Posts: 378 Rating: (73)	Dear All, I have a problem on my AO4X12Bit (6ES7 332-5HD01-0ABA0) module, for controlling SSR. 1. There is RED LED on SF. 2. Here is online dignostic information: External error Faulty module No external auxiliary voltage Parameters have not been assigned to the module. I have attached here my HW configuration, I have checked every wiring and powersupply and replaced the module but still the problem not solved. Any help? Rgs Attachment HWConfig.zip (306 Downloads)

In case of V output don't forget the bridge between QVx and SOx pin 3 and 4 for channel 0. Did you setup the module right, another printscreen of the module setup could help us. Did you download the hardware config? And note: If you reassign parameters in RUN, the following special characteristic applies. SF LED is lit: If a diagnostics was pending prior to reconfiguration, the SF LEDs (on CPU, IM or module) may be lit even though diagnostics is no longer pending and the module is operating correctly. Solution: ● Only assign new parameters if no diagnostics is pending, or ● unplug module and plug it in again. Check all again in the manual Regards, Marcjan

Check the voltage on the pins or check the feeding fuse might blown 2) the Parameters of the module should be reassigned and unplug then replug the module again after downloading the configuration 3) if all the previous does not fix your problem in addition to whatMarcjanmetioned before try to replace the module by a new one

Today I have tried the analog module with another CPU-315 by making some simple test program and everything is fine then I checked the program by removing every adress acessing this module(note that the program is working fine for a long years and I dont think any problem with the program). All I remain with replacing the CPU, I will try this tomorrow but do you think it is the CPU? Regards.

Hi desmul24 Try to use a test program so that you can fetch the fault if it is in the CPU or the software.
