OGR and UGR are +2047 and -2047.Value of KT=6 in KNKT input.After conversion in S7 program, what do I need to do? 1) Should I directly use FC105 Scaling Function? What should be its limits then? +2047 and -2047 or some other limits? 2) I should first use the formula a=(2048/27648)*d and then use FC105 to scale with limits +2047 and -2047 or some other limits? 3) Any other correct way? Kindly guide. Regards,

If you have a complete S7 setup you need to scale according to the new hardware settings and you can forget the S5 settings, you only need to know the sensor output. regards, Marcjan

The new system is S7315-2DP and AI6xTC (6ES7 331-7PE10-0AB0) with the same sensors. What should be my scaling limits? Regards.

The analog value is represented in 1/10 degree (climatical sensors in 1/100) So you only have to convert to real and then devide by 10.0 to get a proper value. regards, Marcjan Attachment temp-to-real.JPG (272 Downloads)
