FB65 W_SAGG8: Unit Switchover

Does anybody have an experience in applying FB65 W_SAGG8: Unit Switchoverfrom Water Library v2.0? FB is enough complicated and documentation is really poor and contains obvious mistakes, unfortunately I do need toinclude this FB in project (water treatment station), but still can not understand, what is to be done to make this FB running properly... For example, i'm setting w#16#5 (it seems to me, that it is equal to 0000 0101, device is available and off)to the devices status byte inputs, but there is no reply on outputs showing list of devices available, e.t.c. Also, there are a lot of parameters with description which is really not enough, f.e. RUNUPCYC - Number of startup cycles. What is this?.. How long is startup cycle?.. Why there should be more than one startup?... real CPU 315-2PN/DP 6ES7315-2EH14-0AB0, V3.1 is available for experiments please, help!

Andrey_Afonin Experienced Member Joined: 8/30/2009 Last visit: 1/20/2021 Posts: 41 Rating: (0)	imade a clear project only with this FB also there is a simple unit simulation (as i understand this) and VAT with detailed units status i hope that there is someone who can start this FB... as for me: i can not catch the reasons of errors... maybe this FB is notsutable for running in my PLC?
