Feeder remain in general fault

Dear Team,

We are faing issue in Simocode, randomly any of feeder went into Failt mode, when we connect laptop, it is showing, "Hardware fault basic unit". We can reset from module and it become healthy. This is coming in random feeders andeven feeder is running or stopped

It is communicating qith Rockwell DCS via ethernet Ring topology. On DCS it is showing General fault. Also at the moment of fault, communication to that feeder fail, an restore immediately, but feeder remain in general fault, this ereor require to reset at Simocode.

We did earth check all found ok. This setup running since last 6 months, now since couple of weeks this error started.
