Hello! Is there any block in a library which calculates the feedrate (kg\h) based on the weight signal? Im going to build a PI controller where the user submits the feedrate i kg\h and the PI controller controls the Freq. conv. (0-100%) to the feeding motor. |

Dear Testermax I think the following FAQ link will help you. How can you accumulate physical flow measurements (e.g. mass flow rate, flow velocity) to an overall value? Best regards, |

Hello Mr. Ayman Elotaify Thanx for quick reply. I extracted the step7 project (the .exe file) and imported the totalizer source code (external source i PCS 7) into my PCS 7 master library. When I tried to compile the source I got 4 errors. I only know SCL so I couldnt figure out what the error was. Do I miss some other blocks? To me it looks like there is a block call and that I havent got the other block. |

Hello there Testermax! From what I can tell it seems as a if a few errors have snuck in to the Totalizer_e source file. On the lines you're getting the errors, german STL mnemonics have been used. Try and replace the following: u #COM_RST; with A #COM_RST; spbn nw2; with JCN nw2; and BEa ; with BEU ; in both line 37 and 76 Hope this helps |
