I can not solve this problem 

FIELD TO START RUNTIME SIMULATION

I think every think is ok although I can not start runtime simulation 

I attached picture for this problem 

TIA portal ver 15.1 PLC 1200

I set IP  a range 

plz help me for solve this problem 

turned off firewall and anti virus __ I rebuild all__ and I changed the directory

Which FW do you use in your PLC?

Start Simulation or  Runitme and open tool ChannelDiagnosis

What do you see? can you send a Screenshot?

Both of them, runtime and simulation, 

Although that problem solved with install TIA Portal again in repair mode.
