Filter-program works wrong on real hardware

Hello, I need advice on using the filter-program.

 I tried the filter with simulation it works perfectly (FB+DB+OB35), 

but when i tried it on real hardware program works wrong with the same program , concretely doesn't work filtering parts from MD 204 to MD 208(MD 592 to MD 596). MD 208 has a null value. No any error and mistake.

I added the blocks on working program. I can't stopping the system.

IMHO, the screens do not explain why there should not be zero. Nor what is connection between MD 204 to MD 208 and MD 592 to MD 596.

IMHO, the screens do not explain why there should not be zero. Nor what is connection between MD 204 to MD 208 and MD 592 to MD 596.

Hello i changed the block from scl to stl and made screens needed blocks with simulation and with real hardware.

I looked at it more carefully.

The filter FB expects input of type REAL. And you are feeding it with INTEGER.

Therefore you should use an output of the FC105/SCALE as input to the filter FB and not the other way around.

BTW, it doesn't make sense to scale an input in different OB then the filter is executed.

And avoid overlapping addresses like using MW700 and MD700 at the same time, unless you really know what you are doing.

Looking for explanation why it works (or rather seems to work) in simulation and not in a real PLC is actually waste of time.

I made output of the Fc 105 as input to the filter FB, changed  overlapping addresses, it gave some results. Filter began working, but gave incorrect output less than real output. And which jumps even more than the value I want to smooth out. I tried to changed F tau, but I couldn't find a suitable value...
