find interrupts when CPU is stop after start up

Please check the attachment for a case while CPU is in stop mode and new events are registered in the diagnostics buffer.For reading content the diagnostic buffer use SFC51 (SSL-ID W#16#xyA0 - Diagnostic Buffer ).
