Find/Replace (CTRL+F) doesn't work

Try <windows> <shift> and <arrow left> or <arrow right>, then the popup should appear on you screen.

That's an easier / safer solution most times.

Also what I have spotted

when search window is opened (Ctrl-F)

the Find Next / Find previous does not work (ctrl-shift-b/f).

to have them working search window must be closed!

BTW when editor will be corrected???? (when you type fast and use delete/backspace all funny things are done i.e. cursor moves itself / wrong characters are deleted  / etc.)

Hi, 

First export the setting value in HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ SIEMENS \ STEP7 \ 2.0.

Then delete. 

Open Step 7 and I can see the find/Replace dialog.  Export regedit value. 

Then I move this dialog and export regedit value again. 

Compare thest two export data, find one value: 

Looks SearchDlgXPos is an unreasonable value.

Replace it with default value. 

Import to regedit. Open the step7. The find/replace dialog is visible again.

Besides, you can find more information in regedit.  If you often use Step s7, you can export HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ SIEMENS \ STEP7 \ 2.0. and keep it as default setting for your habit of using step 7.
