Dear all, I have problem as below: While I am installing WinCC V6.0.0.0 (PCS7) there are a pop up error: CCArchiveManager - Entry Point Not Found, The procedure entry point CcGetFirstLevelProvider could not be located in the dynamic link library ACE60.dll. The attach file name is 1 CCTextServer - Entry Point Not Found, The procedure entry point CcGetPathMCP could not be located in the dynamic link library ACE60.dll. The attach file name is 2 When the installation finishes: I start WinCC, there is a pop up error: WinCCExplorer.exe - Entry Point Not Found, The procedure entry point CcGetFirstLevelProviderByName could not be located in the dynamic link library ACE60.dll. The attach file name is 3 Then WinCC can not start I already uninstall WinCC then install it again but the error still appears Please give me advises to fix these errors By the way, I want to find source of WinCC V6.0.0.1. Hi is there any other software installed on your PC than WinCC? Did you install from your PCS7-DVD? Which PCS7-version are you using? nemo |

Hi Nemo, There are several software installed on my PC: Office, Ghost 9.0, Synmatec Antivirus.... Certainlly, I installed from PCS7 source that I copy from DVD to my PC, PCS7-version is V6.0 Can you explain for me WinCC V6.0.0.1 ? What is the number 1 in V6.0.0.1 stand for? Is it the hotfix 1version of WinCC V6.0.0.1.Do you have this hotfix? If yes, Can you send it to me please? I need this version very muchto install on the Client which has server WinCC version is V6.0.0.1. Myemail is dlbeann@gmail.com, or you can post it to the link: http://duyait.4shared.com/ I already try to install WinCC V6.0.3.0 on the server,theninstallthatversion on the Clientbut theproject can not run. Hi the actual PCS7 version/SP can you find here: The version you´ve installed is mentioned on your PCS7-DVD http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/18826409 http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/19160867 Please check the compability of your installed software.. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/10154608 http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/25096506 Mostly problems like yours are caused by other software, which installed on your system (because e.g. this software exchanges DLLs, which are needed by PCS7) => I would advice to your PCs with a minimum of other software, PCS7 must be installed as last software package. nemo http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/de/21649775 |
