Dear benson, I would say in such cases we would have to follow the way explained in the FAQ: How should you proceed if installation of the SIMATIC NET PC software is not completed successfully? This FAQ will lead you to collect all required Data form your PC and to forward this to the international Customer Support. They may see the problem you have. Best regards J_Bell |
