After a attempt  firmware upgrade with MMC card 6RX1800-0AS01 the drive has no funtion anymore.

Sometimes 2 red LED's are blinking (DP1, RDY) and now only RDY LED is on, red and green. No signs in the BOP20.

How can i wake-up the CUD again?

I use the Siemens Memory card 6ES7954-8LC02-0AA0 and load the BIOS file.

Nothing happened, When i switch on First RDY led is RED after few secondes RDY and DP1 are flashing red continuesly (1Hz)

 I think we have to order a new CUD...

Have you followed the BIOS update procedure, as explained on page 2 of BIOS update document?

After BIOS update, have you reload the backup?

Did you check the file system fat16?

Did you put the bios file on root / no subdirectory?

Are these files write protected?

Are these file the same as from download (antivirus deletion?!?)?

Does the drive blink fast or slow? Normally fast is for bios update and slow afterwards shows that it has finished.

I tryng to update the new firmware 1.4 SP1, but this not performed.

My CUD is C98043-A7125-L100 MLFB: 6RY1803-0GA20 .
