The new firmware version V4.5.1 is available for download for the S7-1200 CPUs.

Here also as a supplement the description of what is included in the firmware update V4.5.1:
The remanence memory is retained after a firmware upgrade from V4.x to V4.5.1.
CPU password protection is implemented with TIA Portal V13 and earlier.
The SET_TIMEZONE instruction can be executed an unlimited number of times.
After a firmware update to V4.3.x or an older version, you no longer need to switch the device off and on again.
