Flash memory

I wanted to erase all datas which recorded in a flash memory that worked with S7-315 2DP, for this reason I connected the flash in the SD card interance of my laptop but the windows 8.1 formated it and I cannot use it now , please, helpe me, how can I format it to use in PLC S7-315 2DP?

You can't erase a MMC with windows , if you have already doneyou need to buy a new MMC

For any other images, please provide exact MMC order number or take a look atthissite (Russian language). Also, there is lot of special tools for writing the image on same site, or you can use WinHex from official site.
