Flex 2008 setup error

how are all ,
my problem is when I try to install WINCC Flexible 2008 , the setup starts to install
SQL server 2005 Express , an error message display , the setup aborted .
in the attachment you will find the error message .

I have had to do some
batch file repairs to fix problems with a service required for a
program of mine. Try this:
