Flow calculation in hard wiring

Hi,

I need help regarding below matter.

" I want to fill a tank with lets say 700 liters of milk. I will install a flow meter (Promag 50H) at the entry of tank to calculate milk flow, but i do not want to use PLC because of budget constraints. Is there any module of Siemens available which is just plug n play and can be used in hard wiring ( means takes input of 4-20mA from flow meter and SP from operator, and calculate total Kgs itself and when total Kg reaches SP, controller just give an output signal to relay of pump to stop filling).

fot this application I would use a LOGO. This device is not expensive and should fit all you need.
