fm 350-2 counter module error

But return value is : RET_ VAl = 80A0 We changed FM Module and tested again ,the result is the same:RET_VAl change to 80A0 again hardware configuration is ok,becausewe use standard siemens project:zxx 34 ,

It seems that the module does not respond o the backplane to requests from the CPU; eihther there is a physical problem with them (not really possible with 2 separate modules, I hope) then it is not seen correctly by the CPU. If HWConfig seems OK, then recompile (generate the SDB for the unit) and redownload to the cPU. Do you have any LED diagnostic info, or does the Diagnostic buffer of the module or the CPU (Online view of HWConfig)contain anything interesting?
