Dear Sir, In FM-355-2C temperature controller module for controlling 3heat zones. Manually I tunned PID controller with different P,I,D values it can control the temperature but it is not stabilizing for the value +/-2deg. when i tried for auto tuning.Tuning phase is showing ready for tuning but status is controller parameters not yet found.Even after that i have tried many times but it is not going further phase. kindly find attached screen shorts of auto tuning which is done at site. please guide me how to solve this problem AttachmentFM3552-C.zip (269 Downloads) |
