Following Error Monitoring Window Exceeded

Hallo, 

I was controlling the Sinamics S120 Cu310 2 PN using the PLC S7 1500. I was running the motor to a certian position at different velocity and acceleration. But, many times I am getting the warning or error Following error monitoring window exceeded.

The configuration of following error is at 5mm. The screenshot is attached here. The different acceleration that I tried at 250mm/sec is attached in the document. Also finally the trace when error occurs is also attached. 

My question is how can I avoid the following error?

I recommend to do a One Button Tuning with the drive. In Starter you can do that by parameter 5300 = 1. Before you need to set a maximum distance in p5308 (e.g. 360°). With next switch on command the axis is measured and optimized. The axis is switched off automatically after the measurement.

This should help to get a better control behavior.

Many thanks for the help. I changed the tuning distance limit in p5308. 

But p5300 is not accessible for me.  How can I access it? attached the screenshot here.

I would like to know one more information about the Following error. 

In certain above limit speed conditions the PLC throws the errors while Drive takes the control of the axis. How to avoid this type of failure. Actually what I understand is when drive takes the control, the PLC should know it and will not give the position error (or stop monitoring). Is there something that I need to activate through setting the parameter ?
