for changing value in IO field I would like to use cursor up and down control

When I try to simulate with tag simulator HMI aplication, I got strange message 'FUNCTION KEYS ARE DISABLED', when i try to enter numeric value in I/O field. Anyone can help? Hello, I have similar problem. But for changing value in IO field I would like to use cursor up and down control keys (see attachment). For example when value in IO filed is 30Pa and I enter Cursor UP value should be 31Pa. Is it possible in KP300 panel.?
