Without knowing of the password for the LSC access you can't make a factory reset via the software. So you are in operator mode and you don't have the password for switching from operator to admin mode, you can't switch the LOGO! in Stop via display. And only in Stop mode you can make a factory reset via display. So as I wrote: You have no change ... If you don't believe me, start a Support Request. |

siemens assistance will help me??? if I give them access to my computer, to reset all logo systems? |

I don't think that Siemens can help. But them self by starting a Support Request. |
