formatting the datas in memory card

R&R Posts: 69 Rating: (3)	Dear experts, Iam using s7-312 cpu for programming in thatiam using the 64kb memory card .iam dowloaded all the programs in the cpu and then working fine.After that what i can do isi format the datas in the memory card.After formatting i put in the cpu it shows Sf led error and then stop led continuously blinking If i going to online it shows plc is not available but without memory card it shows the cpu modes and then downloading also happens but blocks are not downloaded because of insufficient memory.What is the remedy for that.Kindly send meASAP,Treat us urgent.

The formatting of card, how you did that? Using card reader in PG or Laptop. If so then I feel you lost your MMC. The Laptop formats the MMC thoroughly including the system format files that resides on MMC after we clear it from S7. Best Regards,
