The CP is controlled by a 315-2PN/DP CPU that is connected to the internal network. Is there any way to forward the time to the NTP clients on the internal network? The CPU can't be NTP server. Maybe there are some software that can be installed on the PC that can receive the clock from the CPU and then forward the time to a NTP server on the PC? Please see attached picture. Sorry, guess that was not the answer you wanted to hear?! If you get a better solution please give me the information, too.

The CP can forward the time of the PLC.

That would be one working solution, but we are not allowed to connected the external network(where the NTP server is) to the PCs on the internal network. I try to understand how to configure an extra CP on the internal network that acts as NTP server, but I cant see how this could be made.

I think you can do sth like that with an additional CP + additional card on PC: your NTP -> 1st CP341 (NTP) -> PLC PLC -> 2nd CP341 (SIMATIC Time) -> internal PC with some PROFINET CP (SIMATIC Time) I think this is possible but... a bit circumstantial. In my eyes the only way I see at the moment. Please tell me if you see better options ;) Perhaps a DCF77 is an option, too.
