freezes the card input and output analog

All my I / O function except the two analog cards with card entry 6ES7 331-7NF00-0AB0 and output card 6ES7 332-5HF00-0AB0 I have no error according to the Diagnostic and when I do a force in the table Forcing my card output gives me 4.0 mA continuously. For the input card, I simulates a 4 @ 20 mA and the program, nothing happens. Always 0%. Note that I program with the TIA Portal V11 An idea of the problem?

Hello, It seems that there are some bugs in your Analog Scaling and Un-Scaling functions. Please attach screen shots of these function here.

SolutionFinder Posts: 559 Rating: (87)	You can check the count values for Analog Inputs & Also give count values directly to analog output. Check your hardware configuration also. Have you selected 4..20 mA at your channel settings? If it is Ok then use count value 0 as 4 mA & 27648 as 20 mA & then check the result.

In STEP 7 (TIA Portal) V11, how can you scale integer values in real numbers and real values in integer numbers for analog measurements?

Hi, Now you connected the Module with the field??? Please check the HW configuration of AO and AI which option you selected? If you configure any output address in scalling blocks then delete that addess and after that try to force from VAT table

Dear, Proceed step by step as explained by our experts. Check the Hardware configuration for current input/output and for 4-20mA range. Also check that whether CPU is showing any error. Give input mA to the Analog input terminals and check the count 0-27648 for 4-20 mA Also for analog output give each channel a count value between 0 and 27648 and check the mA at output terminals.
