Hello, maybe free function block RSR will help, start button connect to SET input, stop button to RESET input and RSR output to OFF1. p20188.0 = p722.x (start button input) p20188.1 = p722.x (stop button input) / p723.x (inverted stop input in case of NC contact) p840 (OFF1) = r20189 (RSR0 output) p20191 = 1 (add RSR0 block to runtime group 1 to activate it) You didn't specify type of your G120 drive, hope your version has free function blocks.. With regards Martin |

Thank you both for the information and suggestions. The real question I had was how to select 3 wire control, without using Macro ... and without knowing the service level password. In the end to make to work I was forced to change the Macro. I still had one additional problem. The stop button we are using is connected directly to the PM240-2, and the start button to a digital input. In theory this will work one time only. The problem is that to start the drive again the ENABLE bit must first fall away. So to do this I used a Free Function Block ... NOT ... to invert the status of the STO safety input. And then connect this bit to P3330 which is the 3 wire control command 1 (the STOP). All working now. |
