Hi, i suggest doing a auto-calibration, pls. disconect every "stuff" (filter etc.) between inverter and motor. See also FAQ: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/5126936 Be aware that your motor me by can not controled be inverter evan with filter (motor insulation migth be not strong enough) |

Yesterday I jumpered the output filter out of the system and reset the output filter parameter. The motor and drive tuned properly in sensorless vector control. I also learned something by discussing it with my customer. He said the motor max speed was not 3600, but 7000 rpm. That means the motor is a 2-pole motor and 20 Hz really should be 1200 RPM. My initial motor rating data was inaccurate resulting in a good deal of confusion when connecting up the encoder and attempting to use it. Once I get the motor happy with encoder, proper motor data, I'll insert the filter, update the filter parameter, and see how that goes for 3600 rpm (correct base speed). Thanks for the suggestions. |
