G120 CU240E-2 PN - Motor parameters in HMI ?

Hi all.

In my project i have:

• PLC - [CPU 1511-1 PN]
  • Speed Axis
• HMI - [TP1200 Comfort]
• Drive - [G120 CU240E-2 PN]

I can show in HMI the speed setpoint and the actual speed, using Motion Control blocks (MOVEJOG, p.e). And i want to show in HMI the actual values of:

• Output voltage; smoothed output voltage (r25)
• Output current; smoothed actual current absolute value (r27)
• Torque; smoothed actual torque value (r31)
• Power; smoothed actual active power value (r32)
• Motor temperature (r35)

My question is: How can I "receive" those parameters in PLC to show them in HMI?

The OP did not specify HMI type, but basic panels only support 1 protocol as far as I know.  It may be better to extend the telegram to get the data needed.  I normally use 352 since it includes Actual Speed, Actual Current, Torque and fault code.  The rest can be added to telegram extensions.

Define a telegramm extention for the G120 with 10 Byte size.

In the parameters of the G120 go to communication and parametrate the required data in sending direction (view from G120) 

In the PLC use MOVE to read the the informations from the periphery. When the drive starts at address 256, you find the first value in %IW260, the 2nd in %IW262 and so on.

Please note: Most values are transferred as % values. 100% is 16384dec or 4000hex. The reference value can be found in p2000 and the following parameters.  
If p2000 is 1500 1/min and you receive 4096dec or 1000hex or 25% your motor runs with 375 1/min.

 How did you get lost in the MOVE? It's just a PLC command you can use to move variables.
