Which card you replaced? Can you attach snap shot of it?

After replacing card, have you tried to download parameters again?

What was the problem & how you conclude the fault & replace card? ( I don't know which card it is & its function.)

From the fault description, it is clear that power module & parameters are not detected. Please check the internal connection of drive PCB & confirm correct insertion of CU unit in power module.

I suggest you to carry out recommissioning & try to download parameters & save in drive.

P.S. - Please check value of r0200. If it is 0, means power unit is not detected, check value in  r0203 it should be = 115, if not set p010 = 2 power unit commissioning & check if it gets detected. After successful commissioning of PM, p010 becomes 0.

Have you confirmed new card compatibility with present drive? How you got it? Did you consult Siemens while ordering new card

If answer to above questions is yes, I suggest you to raise suport requesthere,because r0203 must not be 0.

Hello,

I asked Siemens representatives for my country about the right new card and they sent me.

But after I told them for my problem, they told me that the new card must be programming with some files from Siemens and only Siemens representatives can do it.
Is it true?
