With p0810 & p0811 you can select a specific CDS. The PID-controller is activated with help of p2200. So you have to connect the corresponding digital inputs to those parameters.

If we need it to switch quickly, we use BICO and a spare word in the telegram to activate the change. The profinet telegram updates much faster than digital I/O. Just something to think about if you know in advance the switching needs to happen more predictably, timely, quickly, & reliably (because digital I/O is more likely to fail than a telegram bit).
