Hey I have purchased the G120C drive(6SL3210-1KE12-3AF2) and I am trying to run in Forward and reverse both direction using DI0 and DI1. And I have set 17 Two wire control, clockwise/counter clockwise rotation 1 but some times I give forward command then some times its move forward and some times command is forward but its move reverse direction same thing for reverse also i have commanded reverse then it moves reverse but some times its forward. I have set below parameter p15 = 17 p3330 = 722.0 p3331 = 722.1 but i read in one parameter p3334 should be 1 and i try find the that parameter in Expert and Service both mode by starter and drive Bop but i am not able to find so can you help me anyone. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Dear akaheer21, parameter p3334 is accessible with access level 4, see G120C list manual. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109817922 But p3334 is automatically set to 1 with setting of p15=17, see also following SIOS FAQ. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109741931 If no parameters was changed afterwards, setting p15=17 the drives set up the connections of two-wire control according to function diagram 2272 shown in G120C list manual. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109817922 If the settings are not changed on your drive, I would recommend to check the setpoint channel in the event of undesired system behaviors, maybe the setpoint itself is inverted additionally on a different point. |
