Hi there, which TO alarm occurs? And on which kind of TO (SpeedAxis, Posaxis, SyncAxis)? Regards, |

Hi there, two possible causes from my point of view: you probably either have an issue with the settings of your position controller of the TO and/or drive to not being able to achieve the dynamic with the current settings, Check your settings of actor and sensor in the TO, check if these match the according parameters of drive and encoder. If you disable position controller of the TO (set values of this to zero), and do a speed based movement (e.g. MoveVelocity with input PositionController set to FALSE), does the drive move with the given speed (really mechanically, not just according to the TO), and does the TO show the correct value in ActualVelocity parameter? Do a positioning and check if mechanical distance matches the one you set at the instruction, also check if distance according to TO is correct (ActualPosition, check value before and after movement ot get distance). For the position control, check this FAQ: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109779884 Regards, |
