G120C - What is the problem that +20VDC is in place of +10VDC?

I have a G120 sinamics drive, when I have check the analog supply voltage at terminal 1(+10VDC) and 2(GND), I found +20VDC in between this two terminals. I wants to know what will be the problem, that I get +20VDC in place of +10VDC. Please help. Pin 1&2 are on the 3^rdand 4^thposition counting from top to bottom on terminal X136, see attachment. Please not that this is only valid for FSAA-FSC devices. On FSD-FSF devices the 10V output is located on X132 in a different position. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/de/view/109757226/en I have checked on my G120C there is 10V coming out.
