F30022 significance is power unit ground fault or inter phase short circuit detected. Please check value in r0949. Bit 0- short circuit in phase U, bit 1- short circuit in phase V, bit 2- short circuit in phase W, 

Remedy in manual says - Check the fiber optic cable, power cable connection, IGBT power devices, 24V DC power supply to gating module.

So please check the IGBT power semiconductor devices.

r949 value is 7.

I have checked the semiconductor devices through diode option in multimeter and the results shows all is OK!I But I am not being able to acknowledge the fault.

Kindly also comment that may be is it not because of the said resistance which have been blown out?

Kindly tell is there any method to come out of the OFF2 state?

MLFB for power Block is 6SL3352-1AG37-4DA1.This drive is controlled through Profibus.

I have also reset the drive to its factory setting and the fault is removed .But when i downloaded the program back, fault again comes . 

I have tried to start the drive on factory reset and the porcelain resistance on the power block gets blown out now from the slave power module.

Kindly note that Pre history regarding fault is as The drive is being put in operation within an hour again and some resistance numbered as  :ESP 62/20 33RJ on the master side drive bloown out and drive goes into said fault.

Now the same goes for slave sides.

kindly comment on the presence and working of the above said resistance.

Any additional info you need ,kindly ask.

Please check the MLFB number you provided. No such number exist in Sinamics range. (6SL37XX is standard Siemens number & you mentioned 6SL33XX)

Is it controlled by PLC via profibus? Have you switched off power of PLC & drive simultaneously & switch ON again & checked?

From the description you provided, it seems that braking resistors are failed.

Please attach the photo of complete drive nameplate, motor nameplate along with photos of blown resistors.

BTW how much is the supply voltage of drive?

p949 -> dec7 means bin 111 -> so you have short circuit in all the three phases. Most of the cases this is because a damaged cable. Please double check the cable (or change it to a new one), and the screwing.

If everything ok with the cable then the IGBTs of the powerblocks are damaged. To detect this you will need an authorized Siemens service Engineer, who can determine the status of the IGBTs and the IGBT drive board (IGD) status with special siemens test boxes. He will be able to change the IGBTs on site. If your block has 2 IGBTs and you have only 1 damaged, then you have to change both of them!

In the second case you should try to find to root cause of the problem to eliminate it.

 yesterday i too faceed the same problem. the power unit used is 6SL3320-1TE33-8AAx. and CU320- 2DP

this probem started the moment i downloaded, after offline configuration.

i am using a 200KW drive and 200KW motor.

If I enter the motor rated data it is giving this falut.

Then i change the motor data to 160KW, and then this fault got eleminated. Don't know what exactly is the problem as the motor and drive both are 200KW.
