Gearing with S120 DCB library

I have two Identical slaves in the same CU320-2 that gear with the master. Both master and slaves have modulo value. I have setup the axis lengths of the master and the slaves in the DCB parameters of the slave. So when the master passes the modulo value, the geared slave are kept synchronous without any problem. For slave A passing its own modulo value also isn't a problem, it keeps geared ok. But for slave B that is completely identical to slave A, the slave reacts with a short high speed change when passing it's own modulo value (so following error is triggered). I compared the parameters from 21000 and further (DCB parameters) and they are completely the same for both slaves, also motors are the same, and they are on the same motormodule. What else do I have to look for to find the cause of speed deviation when passing its own modulo value? Its always slave B.
