Gearinpos : alarm 608 : error during synchronisation

I got the error : 608 : error during sychronisation. I suppose the external encoder shortly reversed direction during sychronisation. In Simotion you have the variable : SyncingMotion.masterReversionTolerance : Maximum master value reversal without abort of the synchronization. Here you can set a parameter to allow a slight reversal of the master. Is something comparable available in Simatic Technology, or can I only adopt the proces so I cannot get anymore rerversals? Thanks

In the manual, for the hysteresis there is referred to the setting of the tolerance band, but for tolerance band you trace the velocity. My specific problem is that when my slave synchronises witht MC_Gearinpos to the master, somtimes I get a synchronisation errror (alarm 608 : error during sychronisation.) or sometimes I get following error. What variable do I exactly have to trace, and how to derive then the setting for hysteresis? Thanks.
