I have water meters installed on chilled water line. I want to get data in PLC. I have S7-315 PN/DP CPU installed and have CP343-1 & ADFWeb gateway.

Hi Ton Verra,

I have installed one CP343-1 and one ADFWeb profinet gateway. The gateway shows no communication  When I run online hardware diagnostic. Please see the attached pic. The IP add. is configured and downloaded in the device. Can you support me what I'm missing?

Have you tried to get information from the producer company support of your gateway??

Which exact Model do you use? Which Version of GSD File and which Step7 Version?
