Gethering "Actual Torque Value" from T-CPU

worldleader Posts: 22 Rating: (1)	Hello, everybody!! I wanna get the actual torque value of axes from S120 sinamics drive via T-CPU(315T). I tried to get these data using FB455 which is provided by OPEN PLC function and I made sure that it was possible. But the problem is... Id like to gether torque value of axes as real time! How can I solve this problem??? Please give me your answer!!! Thank you~!! * I'm using 105 message frame for axes* P.S - What does it mean "Address"of input variable in FB455? Logical address of drive means IN/OUT start address on hardware config in PLC project? or.. something??

Then configure transmit telegram of the Sinamics. And that's all. For comms config at least...

You must select a address below 64 to be able to use the informations in the PLC part of the T-CPU. In S7T Config (STARTER) you must define in the drive configuration which informations are sended in the additional words of the telegramm extention. You will get the new informations in the selected periphery adresses. Maybe, you will have to change high and low Byte to access the data. Follow this manual, Chapter 5.2.5: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/30119684 te extend the telegramm. In the PDF flile of FAQ 25545745 (http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/25545745) you can see how signals of a TB30 are transferred. Due the TB30 informations in this FAQ are used in the technology, a address higher then 64 is used, but you need a address below 64.
