Getting -32768 and 32768 as value for analog inputs

Dear All,

1.I have developed software in PCS7.
While checking for Position feedback(Analog signal)for the valve i am getting the overflow value and underflow value as well as per the attachment.
Position feedback is change in resistor with range of 0 ohm(0 % Position open)to 1 Kohm(100% posn open)

2.Ihave configured in hardware as R and range i have selected is 6Kohm.
(There are only two range i.e 600 ohms and 6 k ohm and i have selected 6 Kohm as the range to measure is 0 ohm to 1 kohm).
But i am getting abnormal value -327648 and 327648..
Kindlu give me some solution.
